About
When I was around 25 years old, I had the opportunity to participate in a kids' sci-fi adventure film called "Time Toy's." The entire main cast was composed of children, and I was truly amazed. It was the first instance where I witnessed such remarkably intelligent kids who didn't solely focus on sports. It struck me that I wished I had been involved in this industry from an early age. I imagined the training and dedication these young actors must have undergone to reach that level of skill.
I observed children who possessed an evident passion for acting, backed by genuine training and expertise. As an award-winning filmmaker, I've had the privilege of engaging with numerous careers of adult actors and performers. However, one day it occurred to me that I could contribute to paving a path for young talents right from the start. This notion led to the inception of the Pioneer Pathways Youth Acting Program, an integral extension of The Pioneer Brand, and arguably the cornerstone of our vision.

At Pathways, every student who applies will undergo an audition process, which occurs after our executives have carefully reviewed each submission.
